Uhm, Uhm..

"You were overly uncertain."

Those words could have been said by the very effective Tayong Dalawa villain Ingrid to intimidate Audrey. Then the seemingly weak lass would prove her wrong with a glare right away. Haha. As much as I would like that scene to happen in my all-time favorite teleserye, I get the feeling it won't. There has been so much drama between the two that my woven spectacle is already unsatisfactory, if not unlikely.

Now the real drama happened yesterday. Well, I heard those words straight from someone whom I've shared different bedrooms with all these years - (tintinnabulation) - my brother! Nope, he wasn't being mean. Unlike Ingrid, he was only being honest.

And helpful, of course. 8D

I must admit his remark didn't motivate me - at first. Worse, he spoke with such confidence (which I painfully know I lack) I almost felt like crying. Haay naku Jorge. Ikaw talaga. But in the end, as I said, I realized his sincerity. Deep-down, I also agree that I was overly uncertain during a recent activity that we both attended. After all, it was a social event so I should have been more assured. Yikes.

Everyone can pinpoint his own weaknesses. But it usually takes a significant other to actually acknowledge the need to overcome them. In this regard, I shall say thank you to my brother, whose every single mischief (tickle fight, eh) reminds me that mischievous can be sometimes better than well, uncertain. 8)

Those who can confront us with such sincerity are the one's we should hold close in our hearts 'coz they can handle us not only at our best but also at our worst.

My brother must read this later; it's very well said. Thanks so much!
